• $125.00 per single loan closing (includes up to 25 miles of travel)

• $1.00 per mile over 25 miles

Additional Related Loan Closing

• $35.00 per additional loan closing related to the same primary loan signing

Document Printing

• $20.00 for printing electronic documents up to 200 pages

• $0.25 per page for additional pages over 200

Faxing Services

• $20.00 for faxing up to 15 pages

• $0.20 per page for each additional page over 15

Reverse Mortgage Signings & Loan Applications

• $125.00 per appointment

Cancellation Fee

• $40.00 cancellation fee applies with two hours or less notice
